As explained in the ATTORNEY ET AL ADVANTAGE, all of our course books are in electronic format to keep the cost of the program down. The books are provided in downloadable form for attorneys purchasing the online version and for attorneys purchasing the cdrom version the books are contained thereon.

We are among the very few few CLE providers who give books along with their programs. CLE credit is earned by listening to the lectures not be reading the books or taking any tests. For example the STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA does not give any books with its online program even though it charges /hr which is three times what Attorney Et Al charges.

For attorneys ordering the online program, the books can be downloaded in the formats desired by the attorney. The books can be downloaded immediately once the credit card has been verified. The attorney will be given a link to click for the download site. This page should be bookmarked in case the attorney wants to return to the site later.

Attorneys who ordered the cdrom program can also download the books while awaiting the cdrom which has also has the books on them. We provide this service for attorneys who need the forms immediately for their practice, for example an attorney who needs the LLC book to form a Missouri LLC, and can not wait the day or so for the CD-ROM which contain the book to arrive by mail.

It is not required for any attorney to download the books for CLE credit. An attorney's CLE credit is earned by listening to the lecture not by reading the book. Nonetheless, the books are excellent legal resources and should be printed and placed in an attorney's law library for reference.
